The auditor reviews the difficulty level of your tools to ensure they align appropriately with the complexity of the unit of competency and AQF level. This avoids unnecessary challenges or oversimplification.
Effective evidence gathering
Your tools are designed to collect evidence in a clear and effective manner. The auditor confirms that the tools facilitate seamless evidence collection, supporting learners in showcasing their competence.
Clear instructions
Clarity is key. The auditor evaluates assessment instructions to ensure they are easy to understand for learners, assessors, and any other relevant parties involved in the assessment process.
Validation report and letter
Upon completion of the validation process, you will receive a comprehensive validation report for each unit of competency. This report offers insights into the validation outcomes and further solidifies the credibility of your resources.
Additionally, you’ll receive a formal letter from the external auditor, addressed to your RTO. This letter attests to the thorough validation process your resources have undergone and serves as a tangible endorsement of their quality.
